Day 1 – Stillness

Read one short reflection from the Faith section.
Sit quietly for 5 minutes afterward.

Day 2 – Clarity

Read one article from the Mind section.
Notice one habit or thought you can simplify today.

Day 3 – Movement

Choose one practice from the Body section.
Move slowly. Focus on breath.

Day 4 – Nature

Take a short walk outdoors.
No phone. No goals. Just observe.

Day 5 – Scripture

Read a short passage from the Bible.
Ask: How does this apply to my life today?

Day 6 – Rest

Rest intentionally.
Reduce stimulation. Go to bed earlier if possible.

Day 7 – Reflection

Look back at the week.
What felt lighter? What felt helpful?

There is nothing to complete.
Only something to continue.
